Is Declan a good cop or a bad cop?

 

Declan is a good cop. He's had to make decisions, that have led him astray. I think he is

basically the same cop he was, but now he's had to adapt to situations, and even take

a stand on his loyalties...I think it was a mistake to agree to working with US district attorney,

Ellis Franklin... If Michael would find out, well, we all know how Michael deals with rats...(he stomps

on em)....

Maybe, Declan now sees this as a chance to win back his estranged wife, and be rid of the Caffee

brothers...He is screwed, either way...Where is his partner Ralph? We now see Deco more without

him...Will be interesting 2C how Freddie intends to us him....
